Rocky Point refund policy
Full refunds are always granted except in these two scenarios:
1) Once a flight has filled and is closed.
This is because once a flight fills, other teams are turned away and all roster spots show as occupied.
2) At the 10 day mark before tournament day (Nov 9)
At this point we are onto creating all the materials for the tournament with the rosters we have.
There are no refunds under either of these conditions.
