We always hope to give refunds.
However, please understand the refund policy clearly:
To receive a full player refund once an event is Full,
a player must replace themselves or
we must be able to find a replacement.

If a player drops once a clinic is showing as FULL,
their player fee may need to be used to attract a replacement.
