REFUND POLICY
We always hope to give refunds.
However, please understand the refund policy clearly:
To receive a full team/player refund once an event is Full, a team/player must replace themselves.

If a player or team drops, for any reason, once a tourney is showing as FULL, their player or team fee may need to be used to attract a replacement player or team.

Please be aware of  this the policy before proceeding.
