THREE DIVISIONS POSSIBLE - 3 LEVELS OF PLAY POSSIBLE
We're not sure just what levels will respond best to this new event, so we're leaving it open to three, and we will organize accordingly.
A maximum of 18 teams total is what we can take, across whatever the levels are.

OFFERED AND POSSIBLE:
A. Big Kahuna - the rockin' & rollin' level of our typical BYOTeam events at Funk Beach courts
B. Little Kahuna - less high octane than Big K, and a comfortable space for solid B level players to run it
C. Fun Kahuna - Recreational & C level fun, with relaxed ball handling rules and up top 6 on the sand allowed

FIVE POOL PLAY GAMES plus double elimination playoffs
SEVEN games guaranteed for all teams, 8-12 possible
All games to 21 / cap 23
Semi final and finals have no cap
$160 a team ($40 per player)
PRIZES
all prizes listed are contingent on a full field of 16; a smaller field can affect the payouts
1st PLACE
Big Kahuna (with 8 teams):
- (per player): $80 cash (Venmo) or 3 Free Funk Beach tourney vouchers
- Funk hoodies for all 4 players
- Free breakfast burritos and lunch tacos for Saturday tourney day in Rocky Point for the team
Little Kahuna (with 8 teams):
- FREE ROCKY POINT TEAM ENTRY (worth $240) or 8 Funk Beach FREE tourney player vouchers
or a new OPTX Wilson volleyball
- Funk hoodies for all 4 players
