REFUND POLICY
We always try to give refunds - stuff happens.
However, there are exceptions. Please read:
If a player or team drops out once a tourney is showing as FULL, their player or team fee may need to be used as bait on the hook to attract a replacement player or team.

If a player/team does not replace themselves or
if we cannot scramble for a new, paying player/team in time the player/team fee may be forfeit and non refundable.

We try to find a paying player/team, but sometimes
there is not enough time.
