Funkalicious Beach is honored to again be a part of this exciting annual Arizona beach volleyball festival from the vision of Mike Hawkins of Grayhawk Beach and valley volleyball patriarch and supporter =Tom Witt.
Spanning 12 days, Beachfest showcases an Arizona assemblage of cool volleyball camps, clinics and tournaments in the desert, for both adult and junior players. Join us indoors in the heat of the summer on 12 courts at the Equidome Arena at West World in north Scottsdale in climate-controlled cool comfort on 1500+ tons of deep sand, top notch net systems, high ceilings, box seating near the action, a full cash bar and food service, and exhibitor booths. You'll play 6 pool play games with 6 other randomly paired couples on teams of 4.
Teams get 3 games on the Cowboy net + 3 games on the Cowgirl net
Bracket playoffs
Following pool play, each couple is seeded by their record.
Couple finishing #1 & #2 join to form 4s team seed #1...couples 3 & 4 become team seed #2, and so on.
This is your first saddle ride at roping team success.
