PART 2 - TEAM DRAFT
The 3 Amigos play together and draft a female player of their choice.
*Because it's their birthday gig.*
Then we hold the 4 step DRAFT for full teams of 4.
PLAYER 1: The Top 7 men (by pool play record) are separated as 7 team captains.
PLAYER 2: In order of rank, the 7 captains draft their Teammate #2.
PLAYER 3: The draft dynamic gets flipped, as the next 7 players, by rank,
choose the team that THEY wish to join.
PLAYER 4: The final layer of 7 players are blind drawn.

Then we hold the 4 step DRAFT for full teams of 4.
PLAYER 1: The Top 7 men (by pool play record) are separated as 7 team captains.
